Welcome to Kurvy Co! We’re excited to offer a platform for consignors to share their stylish clothing with our community. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our consignment acceptance guidelines below.

Consignment Guidelines

1. Clean Condition Only

• We only accept clothing that is clean and ready to wear. Please ensure that all items are freshly laundered and in excellent condition before bringing them in.

2. No Items Needing Mending

• We cannot accept any clothing that requires mending or alterations. This includes items with loose seams, missing buttons, or any visible signs of wear and tear.

3. Types of Clothing Accepted

• We are looking for quality pieces that align with current trends and fit our boutique's aesthetic. We will not accept clothing with ripped-off tags or items that are over two years old. Please inquire about specific brands and styles if you’re unsure.

4. Condition Requirements

• All items must have working zippers, intact buttons, and be free from pilling or visible deodorant stains. Please ensure that items are in excellent condition before consignment.

5. No Appointment Needed

• Appointments are not required! Clothing is accepted daily on a first come, first served basis from 11 AM to 1 PM. If we are full for that day, please come back another day. We may not have the ability to take appointments on Saturdays due to store traffic, but we encourage you to try again as we are growing!

6. Limit on Quantity

• At the current time, we do not have limits on the number of items accepted. However, please do not bring clothing in garbage bags; instead, use a hard-sided tote or laundry basket. This makes it easier for us to go through your items and return any that are not accepted.

7. Documentation

• All consignors will need to fill out a consignment agreement during their visit, which outlines the terms of the consignment, including pricing and commission details.

8. Pricing and Commission

• All prices will be set by Kurvy Co, using current market trends and comparisons. We will discuss the commission split and payment schedule during your visit.

9. Unsold Items

• At the end of the consignment period of four months, any unsold items will be donated to a charity of our choosing. Please consider this when deciding which items to consign.
