RETURN POLICY
As we are a small local shop, we are more than happy to offer you credit or an exchange. So let us work together and find out what is the best solution for you.
In-Store Purchases Return
All regular-priced items are returnable for up to 7 days from the date of purchase. As we are a small business, we do NOT offer refunds. We are more than happy to offer you In-Store Credit or Exchange.
All Sale, Clearance Items and grab bags are Final Sale. No exceptions.
All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. Items should be free of marks, make-up, perfumes, deodorant, and animal hair. All tags and extra accessories (i.e. buttons, ties, etc.) must remain attached.

Online Return Purchases
We are excited to share that you have 30 days from your order date to return your online orders for in-store credit. Once we have received and inspected your returned item and find it in brand new condition, you will receive your credit. We do NOT offer refunds.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable return method because we would hate for it to get lost.
All items must be in original condition with tags still attached.

Damaged Items
We do our best to check each item for damage before it leaves but sometimes it goes missed, unfortunately.
If your item is damaged please email contact***@kurvykoutureco.com*** within 3 days of original purchase. Please include your name, a description of the flaw, and photo(s) attached to the email.
If we cannot replace the item for you, a refund or credit will be issued. If a damaged item is returned past the 3-day window, it will no longer be eligible for a refund and a credit will be issued. Tags must still be attached.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, not all items are eligible for a return.
Perishable goods ( food, flowers, or plants), custom products ( special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods ( beauty products) are final sale. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
All sale items, items purchased with a discount and gift cards are final sale.
